Sparrow Wallet v2.1.0 Released

Sparrow Wallet has released v2.1.0, bringing improvements for USB hardware wallets, multisig functionality, and PSBTv2 support. The update introduces Lark for better hardware wallet communication, eliminates the need for Ledger multisig re-registration, and adds Jade Plus USB support.

"This release replaces HWI with Lark to handle USB hardware wallet communication, making multisig wallets on Ledger devices easier to manage and improving BitBox02 pairing," announced Sparrow Wallet.

Lark for USB Hardware Wallets

  • Replaces HWI for improved USB communication.

  • Ledger multisig wallets no longer require re-registration.

  • BitBox02 pairing now handled natively in-app.

  • Jade Plus is now supported via USB.

Restored Table Sorting & Sizing

  • Sparrow remembers your column widths and sort settings across sessions.

  • Applies to transactions, addresses, UTXOs, wallet search, and wallet summary tables.

Address & Send Tab Improvements

  • Previously labeled addresses are skipped when retrieving an unused address.

  • Sending multiple payments to the same open wallet now generates a fresh address.

PSBTv2 File Support

  • Sparrow now loads PSBTv2 files, improving transaction workflows.

QR Code & Camera Enhancements

  • Option to mirror scanned images from the camera.

  • New server settings option to configure a server from a QR code.
